About RHSHC

About Us

Our Story

RHSHC was formed in response to a growing need for coordinated supportive housing efforts in Richmond Hill. Recognizing that no single organization can address housing challenges alone, RHSHC brings together diverse partners to share expertise, amplify voices with lived experience, and work toward meaningful, community-based solutions.

We know, as leaders in the field of disabilities, as parents who need supportive housing for our adult children, and as people who have experienced homelessness, that having stable housing is the cornerstone of wellness. It is only when housing is made accessible that residents have the space and opportunity to address their support needs.

Our Mission

To empower and uplift vulnerable people by providing the housing support and opportunities they need to thrive and succeed in Richmond Hill.

Our Vision

A world where all individuals, regardless of their circumstances, have access to the housing and support they need to live fulfilling and successful lives.
